How do I make a return?

Upon receiving your purchase package, you will find enclosed: your purchase, invoice and a returns form. If for any reason you wish to return an item it must be returned within 14 days and must include the returns form enclosed with your purchase. Please clearly indicate the reason for the return and if you require a credit note or a refund. Goods must be returned in original packaging, with swing tags attached and must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition to be eligible for return. Please note- we do not offer exchanges on any sales as we can not guarantee availability of sizes and styles- we are happy to provide a credit note for full priced items if requested. That way you can go online and purchase the item you really want quickly and easily!

How will I be refunded?

If your return is for a full priced item, your refund will be credited onto the credit card or paypal account used for the original purchase. If you have returned a sale or discounted item, we will email you your credit note as soon as the return has been approved.

How long does it take to process my return/receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed less shipping and duties as soon as possible; however please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We may contact you to confirm details of any refund.

What if my item is faulty?

If you find fault with your item, please use the enclosed return form to return the item describing the fault. Depending on available stock, we will replace the faulty item or process a refund. We will also credit the return shipping costs to your nominated credit card for faulty or damaged items.

What if the item I received is not what I ordered?

If we have made a mistake processing your order, please use the enclosed return form to return the item noting down the incorrect item. Depending on available stock, we will replace your incorrect item with the correct order or refund the invoiced amount. We will also credit the return shipping costs to your nominated credit card for incorrectly processed orders.

Do I have to pay the return shipping?

The return shipping is at the customers expense for all regular returns. If the return is a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, the return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer and then credited back onto their nominated credit card by barre attack.

Can I return a sale or discounted item?

We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code or promo code, or items purchased during a sale promotion. So please make sure you choose carefully!

How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at barre attack is easy:

• click on the store menu. You can browse all available apparel and merchandise.
• once you have found an item, click or tap it and make relevant selections such as size, colour and quantity and then ‘add to cart’
• review the items in your cart by selecting the 'cart' link at the top right of the page. Use the cart page to delete items from your cart. Click on 'check out’ to complete your order.

How does apparel sizing work?

The sizing at barre attack varies and is clearly marked on each items description page. Some items are one size fits all while those with sizes will typically come in xs, s, m, and l. These correspond to 8, 10, 12, and 14 in australian sizes respectively.

The item I want is out of stock. What now?

If we have run out of a particular size or style, please contact us via the contact form.

Accounts

Create a barre attack account to access exclusive offers and discounts.

Barre attack instructors or instructors wanting to become barre attack certified should create an account to access instructor-only content including videos, marketing material, certified instructor discounts and continuing education.

Do I need an account to make a purchase of apparel or merchandise?

No, but there are advantages to creating an account. When you register with barre attack you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your account:

• Exclusive access to vip promotions and content
• Be the first to be notified when new stock arrives
• Save your details for faster shopping
• View your orders and review past purchases
• Manage your account details, order history and email preferences.

Do I need an account to make a purchase of @home videos or instructor-only content?

Yes, when you make an @home or instructor-only purchase you will need an account so you can login and view your purchase on any device that streams video.

No sharing of account infromation

You agree that you will not share your username and password with others. Excessive usage of your account will be monitored by barre attack any may be assumed to be fraudulent. In this scenario your account will be immediately cancelled without a refund.

How do I update my details on my account?

Simply login to your account and click on the 'update' link in the information section.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'forgotten password' instructions on the 'sign in' page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email. We do not automatically create accounts for you when you make a purchase with us, so if you can't remember your password you may not have an account with us yet - in this case, create your account first!

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

At Barre Attack, your privacy and personal online security is of utmost important to us. We are fully pci dss compliant which allows us to safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system complying to the pci data security standard which means you're safe to shop! How will I know you received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order so you know we have received it! Any issues please contact us via the contact page.

How do I use promo codes?

After choosing to 'check out' and purchase the contents of your cart, there will be a box in which to type your promo code located underneath the shopping cart box. The relevant discount will be applied once the code has been entered. Please note: items purchased using promo codes are not eligible for refunds. Promo code credit notes can not be used to pay for shipping costs.

Gift vouchers

After filling your cart, enter your gift voucher code into the 'gift voucher' box in the checkout. This amount will be deducted off your total (note: your invoice may state the full total of your order-but you will only need to pay any excess over the amount of your gift voucher).

Gift vouchers must be used in one transaction and within one year of creation. Gift vouchers are non refundable and can only be used on www.barreattack.com

Are your prices in australian dollars (aud)?

Yes. All prices on www.barreattack.com are in AUD.

Do your prices include gst and other taxes?

All product prices listed on the site are inclusive of a goods and services tax however are ddu (delivery duty unpaid). Please be aware that international orders may incur customs or import duty fees when your order arrives, these vary in price and by name from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

Barre attack values your privacy we work hard to ensure your details are secured and never released to any other party.

Do you keep my credit card details?

No, we do not store credit card details.

Shipping & delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rates depending on the destination:

Australia
Australia $10 standard shipping (3-7 business days). For wholesale orders please contact us via the contacts page.

International
$15 standard shipping to new zealand
$30 standard shipping to everywhere else in the world
We use australia post as our preferred shipper- as soon asyour parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of australia post to deliver it safely within their stated time frame. Please be aware that on occasion things happen which are outside our control and packages may be stuck in transit for unknown reasons. Unfortunately we can not do anything to speed up a parcel. If there is a delay please contact us and we will be happy to follow up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, barre attack ships to anywhere in the world for $30. Please allow up to 5 weeks for your order to be delivered as shipping times vary depending on location.

International customs duties and taxes

Customs duties and taxes change constantly and vary from country to country. Barre attack can not be held liable for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on the importation of your order. If you are unsure of what potential customs duties may apply to your order please contact your local customs office for pricing and clarification.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Every single order is processed and packed by hand at the barre attackwarehouse. Our team work every business day (and some non business days), we also work some nights and very early mornings. But enough about us. Importantly we process orders as quickly as possible and will typically have them out the door within 24 hours.

Delivery will then take between 2 and 7 business days for orders within australia (if you are somewhere remote or there is some kind of disruption deliveries may take a little longer to receive their goods). Please allow up to 5 weeks for international delivery.

Can I track my order status through my account?

You will be notified of the order confirmation and dispatch through your account and via email, however tracking of the parcel will be available via australia post. You will receive an email containing details of this tracking service once your order has been dispatched, the consignment number in the subject of this email is your tracking number.

What if I am not home when my order arrives/ will I need to sign for it?

We provide standard postage for all our orders, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please consider this when specifying a delivery address, as we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. We suggest using your work or business address if you are not home during the week. If there is no one to sign at the time of delivery a postal card will be left informing you that the delivery was missed and is to be picked up from your local post office during business hours.

Returns Policy

Full priced merchandise or apparel in original saleable condition that has not been worn, washed or used in anyway, with all original tags attached may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or online store credit. For international purchases you have 14 days to notify us via the barre attack website and return your item(s) from the date of receipt.

Items not received within the 14 day period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.

Sale and discounted items.
Unfortunately we can not provide refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items (including items purchased during sales) barre attack reserves the right to host sales, such as flash sales, in which purchases are final- in this case, all promo material will reference no returns on purchases during this sale.

Return shipping is payable by the customer (excluding return of faulty or damaged items; in which case the return postage will be credited to the nominated credit card) and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Barre attack takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed less shipping and duties as soon as possible however please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Barre attack reserves the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If you would like to return your item(s) for any reason, please follow the returns procedure or simply fill out the returns form you would have received with your package.
