Barre Attack Virtual Classes - A unique combination of Pilates, dance and fitness that will help improve your posture and balance, improve your strength and flexibility and tone your tummy, butt and legs. It is a high intensity, low impact workout that is challenging but super rewarding.
Pilates Virtual Classes - Strong and varied workouts that incorporate a series of core-based movements using your body as resistance to prevent injury, increase body awareness, and improve strength, flexibility, and tone. A range of Pilates props (or something similar from the home) are used to deepen the intensity of your practice and create a full body workout.
Virtual classes are suitable for all ages and levels. Your whole family can enjoy a class in your loungeroom 🙂
Note: Pilates Mat is not appropriate for pre and postnatal. Barre Attack classes should only be done by Pre or Post natal with Doctors permission.
