    The Single Leg Series is a super challenge on the body and mind. Lots of wonderful single leg balance work and back extension exercises, make for loads of balance challenges and content to get through as we are completing one leg at a time.

    A great workout for your strong intermediate and advanced clients, it will be very for your beginners. Renee suggests teaching Barre Attack for a year before attempting this class. It's JamPacked!!!
