Basic bal­let ter­mi­nol­ogy is used through­out and you’ll be doing the odd plie, tendu and arabesque. There are spe­cific exer­cises that are designed to tone up your legs and back­side, and there are also exer­cises where stu­dents use a band that helps with ton­ing the arms, shoul­ders, and stom­ach, get­ting your body in per­fect shape for bikini season.

Barre Attack Classes also help stu­dents improve pos­ture, as well as con­cen­tra­tion. Bal­let is all about focus, and the com­bi­na­tion of bal­let with Pilates is extremely ben­e­fi­cial for indi­vid­u­als that tend to slouch or have any type of issue with their pos­ture.
