Full Barre Attack Certification is designed for existing Pilates, Dance, Yoga or Fitness Instructors.
Once certified instructors can participate in a range of Advanced Barre Attack specility courses including Slidings Discs, Loops Bands, Ball and Elastic, and Freestyle (no Barre).
Teacher Training is available 100% online Visit Body Maestro
You do not require any previous Barre Attack course experience.
We recommend being an existing instructor in Pilates, Dance, Yoga or Fitness to attend the Barre Attack Certification course.
Taught online at your own pace, or in-person over two, six-hour days, each exercise will be demonstrated, discussed and practiced. Key technical points to watch and cueing will be covered. The course also covers Barre Attack class design and structure so that you can easily amend programming dependent on class length and student requirements.
During the course you'll receive two manuals, and your first Barre Attack class formats. These formats help with your certification exam and are designed to help you launch easily and successfully.
